The Sr. Marketing Associate, Health Plans will play a critical role in advancing our marketing strategy for Teladoc Health’s rapidly growing portfolio of health plan clients.

The Sr. Associate will work with cross functional partners and key client managers to develop and execute engagement strategies for our largest most strategic clients that drive enrollment in our Teladoc Health whole person solutions with a focus on chronic care. This role will center on making an impact by unlocking revenue growth while driving member engagement and advancing client relationships by delivering on key initiatives to delight clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy to drive enrollment in Teladoc whole person solutions for our largest and most strategic clients
• Partner with client managers to consult on marketing best practices and revenue drivers related to Teladoc product offerings with a focus on chronic care
• Track and document the success of your client’s campaigns, glean insights/learnings, and report them out to senior leadership
• Provide content input and implementation management for creation of enrollment campaign materials
• Contribute to monthly enrollment forecast accuracy by providing client level insights around campaign activity
• Cultivate new ideas that directly correlate to specific market/member needs
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams on campaign execution

Candidate Profile

For success in this role you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years’ of consumer marketing experience; client facing experience strongly preferred
• A track record of successfully managing and executing on a variety of projects, specifically hands-on experience executing email and direct mail tarketing campaigns
• An independent self-starter who has a strategic and flexible mindset and can lead with minimal oversight and when directional changes occur
• Ability to develop deep relationships and partner with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to creatively problem solve to meet ongoing business and marketing challenges with appropriate solutions
• Independent thinker who’s able to breakdown problems, assess opportunity, and develop big ideas and priorities to move them forward
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and lead strategic enrollment discussions with Fortune 500 companies
• Comfortable and able to thrive in a process driven organization
• Excels at managing time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
• Energy and passion for working collaboratively and delivering results in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Impress us even more:

• More than a year’s experience using a system like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Salesforce Data Cloud, Workfront
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Healthcare and/or chronic conditions experience
• Experience working according to HIPAA guidelines in a regulated environment

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:  2023 Benefits Summary. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
