Summary of Position
Under the general direction of the Director, Program Manager, the Senior Program Manager (Audit) will have a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to increase transparency on important topics, assess gaps/risks, establish/refine processes to meet governance and reporting requirements. The role will help scale growth efficiently and boost our brand by highlighting our people, procedures, and compliance successes as an organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines for addressing, communicating, and driving accountability to new and existing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls in support of the Teladoc Engineering organization financial reporting processes.
- Develop project plans and timelines for addressing, communicating, and driving accountability to new and existing System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC2) in support of the Teladoc Engineering organization Information Security (InfoSec) reporting processes.
- Manage expectations and deliverables to meet critical SOX and SOC2 requirements for technical organization.
- Monitor efforts to ensure reliable and effective organizational excellence.
- Track progress on deliverables utilizing dashboards and analytic tools.
- Ability to translate complex SOX and SOC2 problems into clear and measurable solutions for key stakeholders accountable for respective Financial and InfoSec controls.
- Partner and collaborate with Senior Leaders to prioritize and drive timely execution of SOX and SOC2 deliverables.
- Use standardized Organization tools and techniques for tracking project progress, documenting meeting minutes, action items and decisions.
- Efficiently manage and lead team meetings to drive decisions and identify action items critical to project success.
- Define and take responsibility for project scope, project requirements, project budget, project resource requirements, project plans, project deliverables and milestones.
- Drive project strategy decisions with Senior Leadership teams; cross-functional messaging and influencing.
- Effectively plan meetings with detailed agendas, expected outcomes and clearly documented decisions, actions and next steps.
- Implementation of solutions requires a longer-term view which impacts strategic goals and objectives.
- Create formal networks with key decision makers and widely recognized as an expert and thought leader by both internal and external community.
- Ensure operations and strategy execution work seamlessly and effectively, as well as drive department processes which are simple, value-oriented, scalable, and consistent with the overall BEACONS organization.
- Cultivate trusting professional relationships, working across teams to build consistency and quality of deliverables.
- Act as a role model and a champion for Teladoc Health’s values, operational excellence, and project management practices.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications Expected for Position
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Data Analyst, Business Operations and/or Program Management.
- Project Management experience (PMP desired), including planning, process development and execution.
- Prior experience coordinating with business partners to effectively communicate requirements, drive execution and deliver results.
- Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and ability to influence through analytics.
- Ability to create strong partnerships and built trust with colleagues.
- Experience using video conferencing tools.
- Experience with data analytics/visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience using with Atlassian productivity tools: Jira, Confluence.
- Fluent with all Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, etc.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000-145,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
